Prices are per room / apartment per night.

Flats: we accept minimum stays of 3 nights.
For July and August we prefer stays of 7 nights in apartments with arrival and deparrures on saturdays. But we still are flexible!

*:the price refers to stays of one night only.

Festivities 2010:
•  from 2nd April 2010 to 6th April 2010 (Easter)

Terms:

1. Arrivals are from 14.00 to 19.00 (particular cases have to be notified when you book) and departures have to be by 11.00 a.m.

2. Prices are considered per night per room / apartment, and include: linen, table clothes, cleaning, parking behind/in the back of the house.

3. In the prices are not included: phone calls, drinks in the fridge in the rooms, that will be paid on the departure day at the prices clearly stated in the rooms.

4. Room have everything you need to prepare your breakfast, included in the price of the room

5. To rent a bike or aquascooter there are prices in every room and flat.

6. In the rooms and flats it is forbidden to smoke.

7. Breakages will be charged for at departure.

8. We accpet animals but it depends on what we have available. There is an extra charge per day for the animals.

How to reserve/book:
You can reserve/book (or ask information) via e-mail (checked every day around noon) or by phone (please in Italian, English or French).

To reserve we need:
1. your name, surname, address, phone number and mobile if you have it
2. deposit.

Cancellation policy:
deposit will be held back if you cancel less than 10 days before arrival or if you do not come (no show).
